Harvested from ancient tea bushes in Hui Yuan Keng, one of the most revered micro-regions of the Wuyi Mountains, this distinguished Shui Xian (水仙) reflects the depth and character of its exceptional terroir. Its rich, roasted aroma unfolds into layers of orchid, dark honey and toasted grains, balanced by a pronounced mineral character known as yan yun, or rock charm. Smooth and creamy on the palate, it leaves a long, complex finish with lingering floral and fruity sweetness.
Tasting Notes: Sweet, nutty, creamy, woody, floral and mineral.
